the location was quite convenient , placing me close to many attractions.

the room i booked proved to be quite small , it lacked adequate storage space for a stay of several nights. the wifi service was inconsistent , frequently disconnecting and disrupting a scheduled work call i needed to attend. moreover , requesting ice for a minor injury was met with surprising resistance from the staff , a disappointing experience.

Fantastic Boutique Hotel Experience

The hotel location is great. I could easily walk to many shops bars and restaurants. It takes about fifteen minutes to reach the river. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport. I found the metro to Trindade then a change for San Bento station took around thirty-five minutes.

I had a minor issue. There was minimal drawer space for clothing in the room. Only three shelves were available. Still, I managed. There was adequate space to hang clothing. The slight inconvenience did not significantly affect my stay.

Breakfast offered plenty of choice. It included a few hot options. I found the quality satisfactory, and it set me up well for each day's activities.

The hotel's location proved quite convenient. Its central position allowed easy access to many attractions, though the lively street did mean some noise. Staff members were also very helpful, assisting with directions and providing local information. I really appreciated their readiness to assist, it. The breakfast offered a reasonable variety, it was satisfying to start the day.

My room felt a bit small. Storage space was limited, it made it difficult to fully unpack my belongings. The bathroom lacked a proper towel rail. A simple peg was provided though my towels didn't dry well between showers. I also missed having a safe in the room. It would have provided better security for valuables.

the hotel is close to the train station, only a short walk. the room was also clean and nicely decorated (i noticed the attention to detail).

The street is not accessible by taxis, so i had to walk up a small hill with my luggage. i found that the staff wasn't particularly friendly. There wasn't much eye contact or conversation.
